Quarter-Day Package

2 Hours - $300

  • The Quarter-Day Package is best for a small single task that is straight forward in nature such as touch up painting with paint you already have or when you already have a product and simply need help with installation. This Package is meant for quick in-and-out service.

    • 1-2 small no shopping tasks

    • Pre-bought items needing only installation

Half-Day Package

4 Hours - $500

  • The Half-Day Package is best for a collection of smaller tasks that are straight forward in nature such as cabinet alignment, window blind replacement, or sink re-caulking. Perfect for a single task that requires minor shopping such as buying paint that you do not have or cabinet hardware needing to be replaced.

    • 2-3 small no shopping tasks

    • 1 small task with minor shopping

    • 1 moderate job

Full-Day Package

8 Hours - $800

  • The Full-Day Package gives you an entire day with one of our Skilled Technicians. This is intended for a collection of small tasks, moderate jobs, or a single larger project.

    • 4-7 small tasks

    • 2 moderate jobs

    • 1 larger project

Consultation Package

2 Hours - $300

  • It can feel overwhelming when you have something broken that needs to be fixed but you don’t know where to start. Redwood Property Services is here to help! A Skilled Technician will visit your home to discuss options that fit your needs.

    Have an image from social media you want brought to life? A long-standing project that needs attention? This package provides concept development and helps identify and procure items needed to bring your vision to reality. You may purchase any required items yourself allowing you to pay for them over time.
